TOPS stands for "Take Off Pounds Sensibly." You are welcome to join our group.

The Forest Chapter of TOPS meets weekly at Forest Presbyterian on Thursdays at 12 Noon. Weekly programs emphasize nutrition and exercise education focused on a member’s effort to manage their weight loss safely. Our main goal is to support and encourage each other. We accomplish this by sharing ideas, recipes and personal tips with our fellow members, and by challenging ourselves with fun activities, contests, and awards. Visitors are welcome to attend their first TOPS meeting free of charge. The picture the right is of one of our food drives.

The officers are as follows:
Leader: Tom Jamison
Secretary: Pam Thomas
Treasurer: June Martin
